They had to desgin a project for one client. They tried to split the work in half. They let certain people do certain things. Things that each person were good at.They learn from one another by helping eachother with what they are bad at.
By finding a logical why to solve the problem. And not do everything by yourself. And see what everyone is good at.That is good to separate work. And not try to take up all the credit.
